- Responsibilities
- We seek individuals with exceptional technical and communication skills to lead development for in-house products and client projects. We are especially interested in expertise related to mobile app development (iOS).
- Requirements
- Proficiency in Flutter, Swift, etc.
- Active leadership within the team
- Ability to work across multiple areas (technical development, pre-sales, consulting, etc.)
- Conditions & benefits
- Remote work recommended (except for client visits/on-site engagements)
- Flexible working hours (9 hours per day)
- Salary increases based on performance (evaluated every six months)
- Two days off per week, plus public holidays and New Year’s holidays
- 20 paid vacation days per year (renewed every fiscal year)
- - Vacation can be taken in half-day increments (4.5 hours)
- - 7 days of paid leave during the first six months
- - After six months, additional days granted: number of months left until the fiscal year-end × 1 day
