- We are looking for individuals with outstanding technical and communication skills who can lead both in-house product development and client projects. We value those who take pride in crafting elegant designs and have a strong passion for full-stack development.
- Requirements
- Proficiency in TypeScript, React, Next.js, etc.
- Ability to work across multiple areas (technical development, pre-sales, consulting, etc.)
- Demonstrated leadership, even in the smallest tasks
- Conditions & benefits
- Remote work recommended (except for client visits/on-site engagements)
- Flexible working hours (9 hours per day)
- Salary increases based on performance (evaluated every six months)
- Two days off per week, plus public holidays and New Year's holidays
- 20 paid vacation days per year (renewed every fiscal year)
- - Vacation can be taken in half-day increments (4.5 hours)
